Sometimes Paramedics go Above and Beyond

I read this story via Twitter, while looking for things about Paramedics to write.  I thought it was both hilarious and really cool.  Nintendo of America asked, via their twitter account, “With Pokémon Black and Pokémon White games coming out, let’s take a trip down memory lane. What’s your favorite Pokémon game to date?”

The response that caught my eye was this:

Pokémon Snap for Nintendo 64. I had a case of croup when I was 9 and paramedics were rushed to my house, but I had gotten better by the time that they arrived.  They started playing Snap with me and told me to throw an apple to lure the Pikachu in the Power Plant on top of the Electrode for massive points. I remember that to this day.

While it’s odd that they stopped to play video games on a call, it was a great little story about Paramedics going above and beyond and making an impression.
