EA Sports ActiveIf you’ve been following this blog, you’ll know how excited we are about EA Sports Active.  Starting June 1st, I’ll be joining with the many people that are taking up the 30 Day Challenge and I will be blogging about the experience right here.  You can also follow the progress on twitter (@procpr).

You, too, can take part in the 30 Day Challenge.  Here’s information about it.

EA SPORTS Active 30 Day Challenge starts June 1st

EA SPORTS Active is now available! Many of you have been patiently waiting to start your workouts and were especially excited after seeing one of our Challengers, Alison Sweeney, appear on the Ellen Degeneres show when they were both working out using EA SPORTS Active!

As most of you know, 12 people took the 30 Day Challenge. They started on April 18th and finished on May 16th. They each had different goals yet were all working towards the common goal of finishing the Challenge. Some lost a few pounds and dress sizes while others lost over 20 pounds! All of them completed the Challenge feeling better about themselves. You can read about their experience in their blogs found on this site.

EA SPORTS Active is designed to help you reach your fitness goals and the 30 Day Challenge is a great way to start. Your personal trainer will provide you with a different workout that increases in intensity throughout. It really is a roadmap to reach a long term goal.

We are encouraging everyone to begin their own C0 Day Challenge on June 1st. You don’t have to sign up and you don’t have to go anywhere. That’s the beauty of EA SPORTS Active – you can do this challenge from the comfort of home. With a large and supportive community it’ll be that much easier to push through your workouts when others are doing the same. Working towards a common goal will bring everyone that much closer together.

We do want our community to be connected, and this site will be a great place to do so. There are forums to answer questions, exchange fitness and nutrition tips and chat with one another about your challenge. We also have a facebook fan page, and you can also follow us on twitter (@Active_Girl).

We’re not saying that you shouldn’t use EA SPORTS Active before June 1st – we’re just saying that starting the 30 Day challenge at the same time will be a great way to experience the product. Together.

What are you Active for?
